It was tested with a rating of IP68 in an under-controlled laboratory conditions under IEC standard 60529(maxinum depth of 1.5 meters up to 30 minutes). Splash water and dust resistsnce are not permanent conditions, and resistance might decrease as a result of normal wear. Do not attempt to charge a wet Phone; Please refer to the user guide for cleaning and drying instructions. Liquid damage is not covered under warranty.

Will my items be sent in one package?

For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you've specified combined shipping.

RETURNS

Order cancellation

All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to make a change or cancel an order, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.

The phone meets the expectations not like the previous one I bought that the loot was lost because they never returned 2,300.000 paid and rehembag they made was 415000 pesos anyway it is their experience to know when it is ordered the refund before time passes
