How do you ship packages?

Packages from our warehouse in China will be shipped by ePacket or EMS depending on the weight and size of the product. Packages shipped from our US warehouse are shipped through USPS.

Yes. We provide free shipping to over 200 countries around the world. However, there are some locations we are unable to ship to. If you happen to be located in one of those countries we will contact you.

What about customs?

Do you provide tracking information?

Will my items be sent in one package?

For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you've specified combined shipping.

RETURNS

Order cancellation

All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to make a change or cancel an order, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.

Refunds

If you did not receive the product within the guaranteed time( 45 days not including 2-5 day processing) you can request a refund or a reshipment.

The product is really nice! As expected, the camera is average. Other than that, the phone is compact and super fast. I had the Galaxy S24, which struggled even more with my apps than the Jelly Max. Unfortunately, the delivery took ages. In the end, it was delayed by two weeks, in addition to the already long delivery time. I also had to pay extra for customs clearance (45 Swiss Francs).

I think I haven't bought a lot in Korea yet. I bought tank mini1 and used it very well. If the liquid crystal is broken, I will buy and repair the parts. I bought it as a new type because I like my family. The size of the Magino line that can be used as a small person. Even for one-hand writing, tank mini1, but It seems that there will be no replacement for a smartphone that can use an all-day battery for an iPhone mini size 5800 I can't match it, but if you use it on a daily basis, jelly Max is also available for two days. Coming from a Unihertz Atom L, the size and weight of the Jelly Max are as expected, very similar to the Atom L. Exactly what I wanted! The Max is a great phone. 95% of the apps I normally install work, 5% were not compatible with the Max processor. The Max is fast, easy to use, and not packed with typical bloat ware found on carrier branded phones. The display is clear, bright and looks great. I installed a 256gb micro SD card which, upon insertion, appeared as expected. This was a V60 SD card, I highly recommend using the V60 rated SD cards and nothing slower! Using a pre-activated T-Mobile SIM card, the 5G network connected with no problems. Some connection features need to be manually turned on in settings. Came with a USB C to headphone adapter. One problem: The belt/arm band accessory blocks operation of the NFC. An OTA firmware update installed easily. For a thicker phone that's 5G cellular, packed with ram, latest hardware and features, the Max is a winner!
