RETURNS

Order cancellation

All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to make a change or cancel an order, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.

The order arrived successfully. At first glance it shows that it is a good product, it fits the description well. Is made of very good materials and its constitution is very solid. But it is also very heavy, heavier and bigger than what is shown in the promotional videos. I couldn't quite appreciate the battery life, but I notice that charging generates a little heat, and the 32 GB of memory RAM cannot be appreciated by the Android task optimization system either: when opening 8 or more applications, the most lagging tasks are closed, And although what is being done is not lost, there is a "reloading" of the content in applications such as Instagram, Facebook or Youtube. This is not all bad but it makes me think that the RAM is not 32GB. It is a good team but after seeing it in person I determine that it is not made for me. I hope the staff of the Unihertz company will excuse me for the inconvenience. And the protector was not working

In my opinion, excellent product! Really is an all-in-one... Very good purchase... Only the size (compared to a conventional phone-tank3 = Ironman - ironmonger), definitely does not fit in your pocket, without internet connection problems, without problems in calls (in Mexico with att), really fast in all applications and you do not have to worry about the battery, If it rains without problem of getting wet, a good basket of tools...♥️♥️♥️ Highly competitive seller very good communication and kindness, as well as logistics, (I arrived very quickly in my country and they expedited the courier in my country).
